All ready made products will display their shipping details in the listing.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. The buyer must cover returns shipping costs.

Any customised products have an individual turnaround time and will be shipped via Royal Mail 48hr or Second class. Please contact Jemma should you require a quicker service. All customised orders will be emailed an image for confirmation before posting. We cannot accept refunds or returns for custom designs.
